Fiver 1500V/1500A MCS receptacle is the core interface for the next generation of high-power charging. Designed to the CharIN Alliance's Megawatt Charging System (MCS) standard, this MCS charging port delivers the speed, safety, and durability required for the most demanding applications, from electric heavy-duty vehicles to large-scale energy storage systems, breaking through conventional charging limitations.

1. Eliminate the High-Current Bottleneck with Ultra-High Power Delivery

Move beyond the limitations of standard interfaces. This MCS inlet is engineered to support true megawatt charging, dramatically reducing downtime for high-capacity batteries.

Low-Loss Efficiency: Specially optimized for high-current scenarios—DC+ and DC- terminals are recommended to connect with 2600mm² copper busbars. The high-conductivity material minimizes contact resistance, avoiding local overheating and reducing energy loss during charging by more than 15% compared with ordinary interfaces.

Megawatt Charging Speed: For 400kWh electric heavy trucks or 1MWh-level energy storage containers, it enables "charging for 15 minutes, cruising for 200km" or quick supplementary power, greatly improving the operation efficiency of equipment.


2. Uncompromising Protection with a Multi-Layered Safety System

Safety is the bottom line of high-power charging, and this product has built a multi-dimensional safety system from electrical insulation, flame retardancy to environmental adaptation.

Dual-Level Insulation Protection: It adopts a robust insulation design—general insulation resistance reaches ≥100MΩ (500VDC, 1min), and the insulation resistance between key nodes (PE/CP/PP/PHY1/PHY2) is as high as ≥500MΩ (1000V), effectively isolating leakage risks even in humid or low-temperature environments.

Superior Flame Retardancy & Sealing: The shell and internal insulation materials meet the UL94V-0 flame retardant standard (self-extinguishing within 10s). After assembly, it achieves IP67 protection (completely dust-tight, resistant to temporary water immersion) on the flange surface, and IP44 protection (resistant to splashing water) after mating—adapting to outdoor rain, dust and even short-term waterlogging scenarios.

Enhanced Electrical Safety: It can withstand 550VAC (50Hz) voltage for 1 minute, with leakage current ≤10mA, far lower than the industry’s common 20mA standard, ensuring no electric shock hazards during maintenance or accidental contact.

Aiming at the high-frequency use characteristics of commercial charging scenarios, the product has achieved "durability that exceeds industry standards" with a mechanical life rated for over 10,000 mating cycles.

Long-Lasting Reliability: The insertion and pullout force are precisely controlled at ≤100N. This ensures easy plugging/unplugging while avoiding mechanical wear, allowing the interface to maintain stable performance after 10,000 insertions/extractions—which is 2-3 times the service life of ordinary charging inlets.

Extreme Temperature Resilience: It can work normally in cold northern winter (-30℃) and hot southern summer (+40℃) without performance degradation. Even at -10℃, the electric lock’s response time is still as fast as ≤300ms, ensuring that charging starts immediately without waiting.

Precision Engineering: The dimensional tolerance follows strict rules, and the 4*Φ9.0mm mounting holes and optimized contour dimensions ensure that it can be accurately installed on standard mounting panels, reducing the need for on-site modification.

Clear Wiring Design: The wiring specifications are clearly defined, and the signal lines (PP/CP/PHY1/PHY2) are independently arranged, which not only avoids signal interference but also makes on-site wiring and troubleshooting more efficient.
